Sarah Doddridge is dedicated to removing your guarded and rapid scrolling need to be busy at your screen, molding yourself to other people’s opinions. Instead, she takes the lens and reveals still life dimensions that will transport you into the details of realities that are so easily overlooked by rapid fire video feeds. Her photography is aimed at capturing weird textures, the dichotomies of beauty, and the warmth of humanity. So many aspects of media are carefully crafted to show only what we allow, what is deemed proper, or only what would be welcomed by others. Yet, in doing so, we forget that those ‘ugly’ bits are just as integral to the story. Sarah strives to showcase them in all of their imperfect realism; the beauty of chaos in life.

Sarah is based in Northern Colorado, where she lives with her partner and their two dogs.
